Who says summer camp is only for kids? In this brand-new camp designed for adults and children together, grown-ups and kids (ages 6-8) will work side by side for a week of creative exploration! In collaboration with Big Kids magazine from Australia and led by metal-smith Natalie Macellaio and fiber artist Lesli Robertson, we will engage with the DMA's collection to better understand the process and concepts behind the work while exploring our own creative processes with a variety of mixed-media techniques. Through a series of activities and artworks you will begin to explore your own Bravery, Imagination and Generosity.
