Folly at the Art Ball, presented by the Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates, is the inaugural fundraiser for the Junior Associates and represents an exciting new chapter in Art Ball history. Chaired by Rachel and Michael Osburn, the Junior Associates have transitioned from hosting An Affair of the Art to participating in the DMA’s iconic Art Ball celebration. By moving their annual fundraiser, the Junior Associates will bring new energy and excitement to the DMA’s signature event. The DMA Junior Associates' Folly will celebrate and unveil the DMA’s new north entrance and Eagle Family Plaza. Guests will enjoy tunes by DJ Lucy Wrubel, followed by the Georgia Bridgwater Orchestra courtesy of the Jordan Kahn Music Company. Folly will take place partially inside the DMA's Hamon Atrium and outside on the new pavilion.
During the event, Folly chairs, Junior Associates Rachel and Michael Osburn will raffle off a all-new 2017 Jaguar F-Pace Prestige provided by Park Place Dealerships to benefit the DMA. Tickets for the Jaguar SUV raffle may be purchased online at $100 a ticket. A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold. The MSRP of the Jaguar is $60,000.
