ABOUT ABOUT

Tickets will be available at the door starting at 7:00 p.m.

Liza Klaussmann’s Villa America is a dazzling novel set in the French Riviera in the 1920s based on the lives of Sara and Gerald Murphy -- the real-life inspirations for F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Tender is the Night. On this festive summer evening, you can enjoy 1920s era jazz music, sip cocktails made from Gerald Murphy’s own recipes, and take a tour of works by Gerald Murphy in the DMA’s collection, artists who inspired him, and works from that era.
